At GALLARIAGLOW, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty, skincare, and hair color products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method — no questions asked.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — at no cost to you.
